Background
As expected, yesterday was dominated by sellers. The second down day in a row confirmed the capping of last week's rally attempt by the 13 day moving average.
Last week's base was not exceeded, nor was the October’s low tested. And intraday signals are approaching oversold extremes. These factors are inhibiting, but our studies are left negative going into this morning.
Management and risk description
A move to 1.2870 means the stop can be lowered to break even.
Parameters
Entry: Sell in 1.2905/10 area, and also any rally to 1.2921.
Stop: 1.2959 bid.
Target: 1.2870 and 1.2831.
Time horizon: New York close, Tuesday April 12.
